These revisions are solely based upon the same concept and brief, where the turnaround time is approximately 72-96 hours for logos and about 5-10 business days for websites. We offer revisions without additional charges until it exceeds a certain thereshold it primarily depends upon the type of package you have selected upon signup.
Any amount paid for a project are not eligible for a refund after the initial mockup is approved from the Client.
All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design. Therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results. A 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo or designed website mockup is to be found to be considerably similar to another logo or website mockup design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing structure will be merely a coincidence, and Tech Crafterz will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case.

Our designers don't deviate from your specifications in the order form to provide you with the desired satisfaction. We alter the ordered design and revise it until you are 100% satisfied with the results. (Depending upon your selected package). Our packages are carefully crafted to showcase excellence; complete satisfaction is our guarantee.
Domain will be free with website packages, where applicable. All the email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third-party email software such as Outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space. We will not provide email accounts if you are not hosting your website with us. There is no refund for the hosting, domain, or email server package.
All design order files are delivered on the email specified on the "Order Confirmation" date. An email is also sent to inform the Client about their design order delivery to their specific email. All policies about revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the Client's email.
We deliver all our customized design orders via email within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. We offer an IMMEDIATE DELIVERY service through which you can have your first logo samples within 72 hours by paying extra! For further assistance, contact us at the 24-Hour Customer Support Center.
Our records are permanently stabilized in an archived drive, and we ensure that you are enjoying the design services without having to run back and forth regarding maintenance. We will record your finalized design once we provide you with the final files. If you require the final files again in the future, we can send them to you at your request.

The Company will assist the Client with integrating 3rd party plugins and APIs. Still, any third-party integration required to help with the website's functionality will be STRICTLY standard. The Company will not have anything to do with any third-party dealings during the development of this project. All additional work will require a separate fee agreement.
